  • AWS India servers — encrypted storage, Mumbai region only
  • Government authorities — only for legal orders or court warrants
We never sell your personal data, share it with marketing companies without consent, or transfer it outside India.

7. Data Retention Periods

  • Order history — 7 years (Income Tax compliance)
  • Delivery addresses — 5 years
  • GPS location data — 90 days maximum
  • Payment data — 7 years (masked format)
  • Inactive accounts — deleted after 24 months of no orders

8. Your Legal Rights (DPDP Act Sections 11–13)

  • Right to Access — Download all your data anytime from Profile > My Data
  • Right to Correction — Update name/address from Profile settings
  • Right to Erasure — Delete account and all data permanently
  • Right to Nomination — Appoint a family member for data access

10. Children's Privacy

SUCO does not knowingly collect data from children under 18 years. Parents or guardians can contact us to delete any child's data immediately.

11. Third-Party Links

The SUCO app may contain links to restaurant websites or payment gateways. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

12. FSSAI Food Safety Compliance

  • All partner restaurants display a valid FSSAI license in the app
  • Mandatory allergen information for 14 major allergens
  • Food quality complaints escalated to the FSSAI portal within 24 hours

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via push notification in the app, email to your registered address, and a prominent notice on the home screen. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing any of the following actions, you accept these Terms:

  • Downloading the SUCO app from Play Store or App Store
  • Registering with your mobile number
  • Placing your first order
  • Clicking "I Accept" during onboarding
You must be 18+ years and an Indian resident to use SUCO.

2. Our Services

SUCO provides:

  • Food discovery from FSSAI licensed restaurants
  • Online ordering and payment processing
  • Real-time delivery status tracking
  • Order history
  • Customer support services

3. Your SUCO Account

  • Register with a valid Indian mobile number (+91)
  • Keep your login OTP/password confidential
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We may suspend accounts for violations without prior notice

4. Orders & Payments

Order Process

  1. Browse restaurants and add items to cart
  2. Apply promo codes and review your order
  3. Confirm delivery address and pay securely
  4. Track order status in real-time

Payment Terms

  • All payments via RBI-approved Razorpay gateway
  • UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking accepted
  • Prices displayed include GST unless specified
  • Delivery charges calculated by distance
  • No refunds after the restaurant accepts your order

5. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery times shown are estimates only (typically 30–45 minutes)
  • Non-delivery: 100% refund within 2–3 working days
  • Contact delivery partner directly for doorstep issues
  • Report delivery problems via in-app support

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Place fake orders or cancel repeatedly
  • Abuse delivery partners or restaurant staff
  • Use automated tools for bulk orders or reviews
  • Share your OTP or password with others
  • Use the app for commercial resale

7. Ratings & Reviews

  • Reviews must be genuine and based on actual experience
  • No profanity, personal attacks, or competitor promotion
  • SUCO may delete inappropriate reviews without notice
  • Fake reviews result in permanent account suspension

8. Payment Disputes

  • All payment disputes handled by Razorpay
  • Refunds processed within T+3 days
  • Chargeback abuse results in account blacklisting
  • GST invoices available for all orders

9. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Service is provided "AS IS":

  • No guarantee of restaurant availability
  • Food quality is the restaurant's responsibility
  • Delivery times depend on traffic and partner availability
  • Liability capped at order value or ₹1,000, whichever is lower
  • No liability for food poisoning, allergies, or delays beyond our control
Force Majeure: No liability for natural disasters, strikes, curfews, restaurant closures, or delivery partner unavailability.

10. Consumer Rights

  • Product liability protection for food safety issues (Consumer Protection Act 2019)
  • Right to fair trade practices
  • Access to National Consumer Helpline

11. Termination

  • You can: Delete your account anytime from Profile settings
  • We can: Suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice
  • Post-termination: Order history retained for 7 years for tax purposes

12. Governing Law

Indian laws apply. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
